• The S&P BSE Sensex closed in the red for second consecutive session as traders booked profits in banks, auto and FMCG sectors.
• The 30-share index ended at 27026.70, down 59.23 points or 0.22 per cent. It touched a high of 27,178.80 and a low of 26,920.56 in trade today.
• The Nifty closed at 8,086.85, down 9.10 points or 0.11 per cent. It touched a high of 8,122.70 and a low of 8,049.85 in trade today.
• The BSE Midcap Index was up 0.40 per cent and the S&P BSE Smallcap Index gained 1.14 per cent.
• Hero MotoCorp (2.64 per cent), HDFC (2.13 per cent), Coal India (1.92 per cent), BHEL (1.76 per cent) and ICICI Bank (1.38 per cent) were among the index losers.
• The market breadth was positive on the BSE with 1727 gainers against 1266 losers.

India Indices- On Friday market Nifty Index opened up at 8099.90 from previous day closing at 8095.95 and closed in negative at 8086.85. At the opening we saw hyper movement in Nifty, Nifty index opened with the day high of 8122.70 and the Full day we saw continuous selling in Nifty and near 2.30 o’clock Nifty Index traded with the day low of 8049.85 and at the closing of the market Nifty Index closed negative at 8086.85 with -0.11%,-9.10 points down. And the full day Nifty Index traded between 8114.80-8060.90. At the end of the day Nifty futures Loosed -0.24%, -19.55 points down to close at 8112.85 from the previous day closing at 8132.40 with premium of 26.20 points and percent change in open interest of -2.04%.

Bank Nifty –Bank Nifty index opened down at 16030.45 with -3.10 points down from the previous day closing at 16033.55. And closed negative at 15982.50. At the opening Bank Index opened negative with the day high of 16111.00 and the full day we saw continuous selling in Bank Nifty Index and near 2.30 o’clock Bank Index traded with the day low of 15891.75, At the closing of the market Bank Index closed negative at 15982.50 with -0.32%, -51.05 points down, and the full day Bank Nifty Index traded between 16111.00-15891.75. At the end of the market day Bank Nifty futures Loosed -039%, -63.65 points down to close at 16055.20 from the previous day closing at 16118.85 with the daily premium of +72.70 points and percent change in open interest of +1.72%.

Nifty Futures- Nifty futures opened flat at 8132.60 from the previous day closing at 8132.40. From the opening we saw continuous selling in Nifty, Nifty opened with the day high of 8150.25 and near 2.30 o’ clock Nifty slipped down and traded with the day low of 8072.10 and closed negative at 8112.85 from the previous day closing at 8132.40. DAILY DERIVATIVE REPORT FOR 09/APRIL/2014

F&O NEWS

India Indices- Monday Nifty Index opened -0.10 points down at 6694.25 in negative from the previous closing at 6694.35 and closed in positive at 6695.05. In the opening of the market Nifty opened at 6694.25 and made a day high of 6725.15 and from there we saw hyper selling in Nifty and it traded with the day low of 6650.40 near 12.30 o’clock after that we saw some recovery in nifty with normal buying but it could not sustained at its previous, at the end of the market nifty closed flat at 6695.05 near to our pivot level 6690.00 with +0.01%, +0.70 points up from the previous day closing 6694.35 and the full day Nifty Index traded between 6725.15-6650.40. At the end of the day Nifty futures Loosed -0.10%, -6.50 points down to close at 6737.70 from the previous day closing at 6744.20 with the premium of 42.65 points and percent change in open interest of +4.55%

Bank Nifty – Monday Bank Nifty Index opened +10.65 points up at 12562.35 in positive from the previous closing 12551.70 and closed in negative at 12506.45. In the opening of the market bank nifty opened with +10.65 points up and traded with the day high of 12615.35 and from there we saw continuous selling in Bank nifty and it made a day low of 12439.55 near 12.30o’clock after that Bank Nifty moved up with normal buying but it could not sustained at its previous level and closed in negative at 12506.45 with -0.36%, -45.25 points down from the previous day closing 12551.70. At the end of the market Bank Nifty Futures Loosed -0.49%, -61.80 points down to close at 12598.00 from the previous closing at 12659.80 with the premium of 153.35 points and percent change in open interest of +4.85%.  

FII’s Activity– According to FII’s Activity On April 03,2014 in F&O segment we saw FII’s were taking interest to create normal buying position in index options , we saw hyper buying and selling in index options and stock futures.
