CNX NIFTY

In the weekly chart of Nifty Futures, we saw hyper volatility in  nifty. On the opening of the week we saw normal up and downs levels in  Nifty Index and nifty Futures but mid week we saw hyper bearishness in  Nifty, at the end of the week we saw some recovery and bullishness in  the nifty futures but it could not recovered again to its previous  levels. At the end of the market week nifty closed in down trend. On  this behalf we can see another down level in Nifty Futures in next week. At the end of the week Nifty Futures closed at+6276.15, +14.50points upfrom the previous week closing at 6261.65.

CNX BANK NIFTY

In the weekly chart of Bank Nifty Futures, we saw hyper volatility in bank Nifty Futures and Index. On the opening of the week we saw more  volatility in up and down trend in Bank Nifty Futures but mid the week  we saw some bullishness in bank nifty but near the end of the week Bank  Nifty traded down with hyper selling pressure and closed in negative at  the market weekend and it could not sustained back at its previous level but it closed in positive from the previous week closing .On this  behalf we can see another down level in Bank Nifty futures in next  market day and next week, At the end of the week Bank Nifty closed at +10992.20, +68.30points up from the previous week closing at 10923.90.

CNX IT 

In the weekly chart of CNX IT index we have seen continuously bullish and buying position from the previous week. we have seen more  bullishness in CNX IT index from the previous week and the full week we  saw hyper bullishness and it traded above 10000 and hyper movement in  uptrend but at the end of the week we saw some bullishness but it  recovered\ again to its high level with uptrend, At the end of the week  in CNXIT index and futures, we saw again some bearishness and  continually selling pressure from the previous week. But it made a new  high this week from the previous week closing. At the end of the week  CNXIT index made a new high from the previous closing and closed +10030.20, +141.10 points up from the previous week closing 9889.10.

In the weekly chart of CNXINFRA Index we saw hyper bearishness and  selling pressure from the past weeks, on the opening of the week we saw  some positive levels and bullishness in Infra sectors but from the mid  week we saw normal selling pressure and from there we saw hyper selling  and down trend and hyper bearishness in Infra sectors in which we saw  more selling pressure in RELINFRA. We have seen continues selling  pressure and down trend in INFRA sector from the past weeks. At the end  of the week we saw hyper bearishness in INFRA sectors and it could not  sustained back to its previous levels and at the end of the week INFRA  index closed at -2301.00, -57.00 points down from the previous week closing at 2358.00 .On this behalf we can  go in short positioning in CNXINFRA according to its previous levels. On this basis we can see another negative levels in INFRA sectors and  selling pressure in Infra Stocks.

CNXPSE

In the weekly chart of CNXPSE Index we saw hyper selling pressure and downtrend from the previous week. This week we saw normal down trend  and selling pressure from the previous week on the opening of this week  we saw normal buying pressure and bullishness in PSE sectors but mid the week we saw hyper selling pressures and down trend in PSE sectors and  it could not sustained back at its previous level at the end of the week with selling pressure and downtrend in PSE sectors we saw negative and  it made a negative candlestick with new low from the previous week and  closed at-2615.85 , -12.15 points  down from the previous week closing at 2628.00. On this behalf we can  see another down level in downside and bearishness in the PSE sectors.

Daily Derivative Analysis 20/01/2014

F&O NEWS

India Indices- Friday Nifty Index opened up with -12.65 points down at 6306.25 in Negative from the previous closing at 6318.90 and closed in negative at -6221.65. The full day we saw hyper movement in Nifty but after the morning bell we saw some bearish trend in nifty but after the mid market day we saw some bullishness in Nifty but it could not sustained at its previous level. And the whole day Nifty Index traded between 6327.10-6246.35. At the end of the day Nifty future contract expiring on 30 Jan 2014 Loosed -0.91%,-57.65 points down to close at -6272.20 from the previous closing at 6247.05 with the premium 10.95 points and percent change in open interest of -0.66%.

Bank Nifty –Friday Bank Nifty index opened at -11080 in negative with -12.45 points down from the previous closing at 11092.55 After the morning Bell we saw hyper movement in Bank Nifty Index but mid the market day we saw some buying pressure in Bank Nifty Index ,at the end of the market day we saw hyper selling pressure in bank nifty Index and it could not sustained at its previous levels. The full day Bank Nifty Index traded between 11081.95-10893.75 and closed with downtrend -10911.35 with -1.63%, -181.20 points down from the previous closing 11092.55. At the end of the market day Bank Nifty future contract expiring on 30 Jan2014 Loosed -1.56%, -173.35 points down to close at -10937 with the premium 25.65 points and percent change in open interest of +13.37%.

FII’s Activity– According to FII’s Activity On January 15 in F&O segment we saw FII’s were taking interest to create position in Index Futures and Stock Futures only in F&O segments, we saw hyper selling in index Options and short selling in stock Options .

NIFTY MARKET REPORT AND ANALYSIS 15/JAN/2014

ECONOMY ANALYSIS

MARKET ANALYSIS

The Nifty ended below 6,250 as sentiment in global markets turned bearish on concerns of economic growth and tapering of stimulus package in the US. Metals, realty and technology were among the top sectoral losers while pharmaceuticals and oil & gas sectors edged higher.

The 50-share index ended at 6,243, down 29.75 points or 0.47 per cent. It touched a high of 6,280.35 and a low of 6,234.15 in trade today.

The S&P BSE Sensex closed at 21,042.22, down 91.99 points or 0.44 per cent. It touched a high of 21,154.76 and a low of 21,009.05 in trade today.

The foreign institutional investors bought shares worth Rs 413.85 crore while domestic institutional investors were net sellers worth Rs 317.52 crore on Monday as per the provisional data from the National Stock Exchange.

The European markets continued to remain the red tracking losses from other global markets. The FTSE 100 was down 0.44 per cent, the CAC 40 slipped 0.37 per cent and the DAX fell 0.64 per cent.

ECONOMY ANALYSIS

MARKET ANALYSIS

The S&P BSE Sensex pared most of the intraday gains and closed on a flat-to- positive note as traders continued to book profits at higher levels. Gains in technology, FMCG and oil & gas were offset by losses in banks, realty and power sectors.

The company increased its FY14 guidance to 11.5-12 per cent against 9-10 per cent earlier.

Market now awaits IIP data for direction. India’s IIP for the month of November is expected to have grown at 1.1 per cent vs contraction of (1.8%) in October, says ET Now poll. According to analysts IIP is likely to remain weak in the near term. GDP will be be supported by agri and export sectors.

The foreign institutional investors sold shares worth Rs 3.74 crore while domestic institutional investors were net sellers worth Rs 118.45 crore on Thursday as per the provisional data from the National Stock Exchange.
